About Us

Disappointed with hot sauces out there that were full of vinegar, 2Hot Rocoto Sauce was created for personal use. In its beginnings, our sauce was no more than a few blended rocoto peppers. With time, we found the perfect formula that produced a fantastic flavor.

As family members and friends tasted our home made hot sauce we quickly gathered fans that wanted more ! The idea to sell to the public became a reality and our company Pacific Business Inc. was born in 1996. Our delicious peppers are carefully harvested in the Andes Mountains east of Lima, Peru.  They are then trucked to Lima where they are bottled and labeled and later shipped to the rest of the world. Our head office is located in Miami, Florida and is also our main distribution center. 

Recently we launched our second high quality hot sauce called 2Hot Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce and the demand for it is just as incredible as for our 2Hot Rocoto Sauce !

Our brand has always been a family business and today we are going into our 12th year. Currently our products are being sold in over 8 countries and the demand is growing fast !
